If you have been following this video series about calories, you now know (at least in theory) how useful it is to know how many calories you are consuming from food and burning off in various kinds of activity.  Still, isn’t counting Calories a pain in the “tukus?” Most people I know are overwhelmed with family and work responsibilities and cannot imagine trying to daily keep up calories.  Well, in this video I am going to talk about how it is easy to track calories using new technology.
